This will be unenforcable.  Federal law trumps State.

Supremacy clause of the constitution.
I believe that when you have a problem, you talk it over with your priest, or your tailor, or the mute elevator porter at your men's club, and you take that problem and crush it with your mind vice. But for lesser beings like curly-haired men and people who need glasses, therapy can help.

Yepperonies, though federal agents aren't supposed to using personal firearms on duty anyways, at least for the FBI and ICE.  Either way, agents will be able to sue in federal court over any attempted enforcement of this law.

Actually the constitution divides powers into state federal and shared.  Anywhere the fed government has power they win.

Nope. Over the past 2 centuries, the Supreme Court has tipped the scales in favor of the federal government. McCulloch v. Maryland. Article IV Clause 2 of the Constitution. Read about them.

True dat. Roberts is as activist as it gets for a Chief Justice. The last decision... ugh. I don't think Roberts has ever heard the word "precedent".
