I pride myself on getting products from all those companies, yet I have to admit that around 50% of my purchases are DC, so I voted for them

I mean isn't Wildstorm still owned by DC?  Regardless, I pick DC.  Final Crisis aside, they have some of the best storylines in all of comicdom. I haven't seen Marvel come close to CoIE yet.  The story was practical, necessary, epic, and entertaining.

I'm going Marvel. Easy choice for me. Way more characters, better characters, better stories (that I know of) and no Superman. IG Saga and WWH > Anything DC for me.

While I have read and researched both companies, I prefer DC by leaps and bounds. My favorite books are team books and DC has plenty of them. I loved the X-Men, but then I discovered the Legion of Super-Heroes. I feel that Marvel has been going downhill since the House of M event.

One thing I've noticed over time is that people who are deep into comics or have been into them for a long time tend to prefer DC.  While more of the newer people in comics are into Marvel.  Perhaps Marvel has the knack for pulling a crowd in until DC lures them over to their side.


My second place goes to Image.  Independents will always have a soft spot in my heart.

I wonder if Marvel will end up becoming more like DC as a result of Disney's buy-out. Alot of people say that the first year you don't notice anything, but after two years people start being replaced, and the third year you don't recognize the company you worked for.

I chose DC, since they have the history the others lack. Oh, BTW, my edit was to add the IDW Logo, Matt. We have all those in the Main Gallery under "Logo's".

I cant go with either of the big two, just too much of screwing creators over and what-not. I do love what DH puts out, IDW and Image have had good days.
